Membership - Terms of Service

Welcome to the Federation of Economic Development Association – Delhi (FEDA GLOBAL)!

By becoming a member, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Eligibility:

  • Membership is open to individuals, businesses, and organizations interested in contributing to economic development.
  • Applicants must provide accurate and current information during the registration process.

2. Membership Categories:

  • FEDA GLOBAL offers various membership categories, each with its own benefits and requirements.
  • Memberships may be subject to approval by FEDA GLOBAL.

3. Membership Dues:

  • Membership dues vary based on the chosen category.
  • Dues are payable annually and are non-refundable.

4. Membership Benefits:

  • Members are entitled to benefits outlined in their respective membership categories.
  • FEDA GLOBAL reserves the right to modify or update benefits at its discretion.

5. Code of Conduct:

  • Members must conduct themselves with professionalism, integrity, and respect towards fellow members and the organization.
  • Any behavior deemed harmful or disruptive to FEDA GLOBAL‘s mission may result in membership termination.

6. Termination of Membership:

  • FEDA GLOBAL reserves the right to terminate a membership for violations of these terms or for conduct inconsistent with the organization’s values.
  • Membership dues are non-refundable in the event of termination.

7. Privacy Policy:

  • FEDA GLOBAL is committed to protecting the privacy of its members. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how personal information is handled.

8. Communication:

  • Members may receive communications related to their membership, events, and other relevant information.
  • Members can opt-out of non-essential communications.

9. Intellectual Property:

  • Members agree not to use FEDA GLOBAL‘s name, logo, or other intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Amendments:

  • FEDA GLOBAL reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.

11. Governing Law:

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
